1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Safisha Soap, the authorized Somali regional supplier of Diana bath soaps and Rose laundry soap. By accessing our services, purchasing our products, or interacting with our distribution network as an agent of Ethioasian Soap Factory, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property and Service Usage
Unless otherwise indicated, all distribution materials, website content, and brand assets related to Safisha Soap, Diana bath soaps, and Rose laundry soap are the proprietary property of Safisha Soap or our licensors at Ethioasian Soap Factory. You are granted a limited license to access our service for the purpose of placing orders and managing your account as a wholesale or retail partner. Any unauthorized commercial use or redistribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
- Systematically retrieving data or product information from our service to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without express written permission from Safisha Soap.
- Using the service to advertise or offer to sell goods and services that are not authorized under your specific regional distribution agreement.
- Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the service, or attempting to impersonate another user or regional agent.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The services and products provided by Safisha Soap are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. As a regional supplier and agent for Ethioasian Soap Factory, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the service's content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safisha Soap will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost revenue, arising from your use of the service or the distribution of Diana and Rose soap products.
4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact
These terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the specific commercial regulations of the Somali Region, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within these jurisdictions.
Safisha Soap reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the 'Effective Date' at the top of this document. Continued use of our distribution services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
